reebee is currently a classifieds site: you buy directly from the seller, not through the platform. Any arrangement about returns is made with the seller.

1. The platform does not handle the purchase

Payment and delivery happen directly between buyer and seller. There is therefore no platform return procedure and we hold no money.

Agree before buying what happens if the item is not as described, and inspect it in person where possible.

2. Your rights still apply

When you buy from a professional seller you keep your consumer rights: 14 days to withdraw and a two-year warranty. You exercise those directly with that seller.
