The importer isn't doing what you expected
No "Fetch listings" button? Then you're not on your own shop page, or the extension isn't active there. Listings arriving without a price or photos? Those were drafts on Vinted or 2dehands — they have no price or photos there yet; fill them in here or delete them. Odd category? The source gave us no category we recognise, so we guessed one; you pick the right one in the import overview, and only then can you publish. If Vinted interrupts the fetch, wait an hour and click Resume — whatever was already fetched is kept.
"Fetch listings" doesn't appear
That button only appears on your own listing overview: on Vinted your wardrobe, on 2dehands your profile. On someone else's shop page the extension deliberately does nothing.
I find 0 listings while my profile shows dozens
By far the most common cause is holiday mode on Vinted: it hides every listing you have, and hidden listings are skipped by default. Turn holiday mode off and try again, or tick "Also my drafts and hidden listings".
A listing arrived without a price or without photos
Then it was a draft on the source site: the listing isn't finished there, so there is no price or photo yet. We can't fill in what doesn't exist. Complete it here, or remove the row from the overview. Publishing without a price isn't possible — that goes for every listing.
The category is wrong
Vinted and 2dehands don't always give us a category we recognise. When that fails we set one for now and flag the row: you pick the right category in the import overview, and only then can you publish. Can't find your category? Request it from the same search box — we look at every request.
The fetch stops halfway
If the source pulls the plug (a 403 or 429), it's really saying "slow down". Everything fetched so far is kept: wait an hour and click Resume. You don't start over.
I moved the same listing over twice
No harm done: we recognise a listing by its source identity and don't create duplicates. If the item was already here manually, we link the two instead of creating a second copy.
